It makes sense to think that Zillow, Trulia and Realtor.com have the monopoly on lead generation and are great traffic sources, but referrals through other agents, personal real estate websites and real estate listings are where the majority of leads come from.
The best approach is to use as many sources in your marketing strategy to gain traffic and credibility. There are free ways to generate traffic from all portals.
